Interview feedback is a functionality to track the interview feedbacks provided by clients in the application.
Steps to track the interview feedbacks provided by clients:
How to set up the interview feedback in company level:
- Login into the Application and Go to Settings Module from the Menu.
- Click on the Questionnaire tab.
- Click on Interview Feedback and click on Create New to create a new feedback template.
- Please enter template name and questions for the feedback.
- Click on save.
How to send mail interview invitations with feedback links:
- Click on Mail Customization from settings.
- Select Interview User from the select template dropdown.
- Select Interview feedback link form field and add it to the mail body as required.
- Click on save.
- Log out of the application and go to call/interview action in the application.
- Give the feedback user emails and select the feedback template
- Enter the Number of days of link expiry from the interview scheduled date.
- Click on save
- Click on yes to send the mail invitations in the popup.
How to give interview feedback from the interview mail invitations:
- Open the interview feedback mail which was received from Vultus.
- Click on ‘’Click here to give feedback” link in the mail.
- Give the feedback, score and enter remarks.
- Click on submit and a confirmation message will pop up as below.
How to access the interview feedback received from the application users/clients.
- Click on candidates
- Click on pipeline tab in the candidate/opening quick view slider
- Click on the feedback icon in the interview feedback status.
- Click on the accordion to see the feedback as shown below.
