Welcome to Vultus Connect user onboarding process for consultant
Create Password:
You will receive an email to your registered email id once after creating user in Vultus Connect.
Follow below steps to setup the password:
- Click on the Setup password link, which is provided in the email or copy paste the URL in the address bar of your browser.
- Create a password with the combinations of (a-z, A-Z, 0-9) alpha-numeric and a special character and one uppercase letter, password should be minimum of 8 characters.
- Click on “Submit” button to save the password.
Now you will get a confirmation pop-up of password setup.
Then bookmark the below URL for instant access of the application.

Login:
- Go To : https://connect.vultus.com
- Login into application with Email Id and password.
- You can see the Dashboard where you can access the Pending Timesheets and Latest Updates in the application.
Menu:
In the left Menu you can access the Modules like Timesheets, Documents, Benefits and Expenses.
Timesheet:
In timesheets you can access the timesheet to submit the hours:
Below are the steps to submit your timesheet:
- Click on Timesheets in left menu.
- In timesheet screen click on “Edit” to submit/update your hours.
- Click on Auto fill icon
to fill the default hours of project or else you can enter the hours manually in each and every date.
- Click on “Choose Files” and upload the client approved timesheet file.
- Click on “Save” to save the entered hours.
- Click on “Submit” to submit your timesheet.
- In timesheet screen you can check the summary of the timesheets i.e., Pending, Reviewed, Submitted, Approved, Rejected.
- In Pending Timesheet you can see all the timesheets which are pending for submission.
Timesheet Hours Report:
User is able to see the submitted timesheet hours for each activity based on selected period and selected project(s).
Documents:
In documents, you can upload the documents like W4, I9, LCA, H1B, Vacation Request, etc...
Follow below steps to upload the documents:
- Click on “Documents” in left menu.
- Click on “User Documents” in Sub Menu.
- Click on “New” and upload the documents based on the category.
- You can check the status of your documents i.e., Expires Soon, Expired.
- Click on General Forms to download documents.
Expenses:
User is able to submit the claims with attachment of the receipts and submit for the approvals. Once the claim gets approved, then process for reimbursement will be started.
Follow below steps to create the claim:
- Click on Expenses in left menu.
- Click on Create New button.
- Enter the claim details and upload the necessary documents.
- Click on Save & Submit to submit the claim.
List of holidays will be displayed based on the year.
TechSupport:
User can report the issue to 'Support' team if any technical issue occurs which is located at mid right corner of the application.
