Resume Bot from Monster 


How to schedule the Resumes from Monster?


To schedule Resumes from Monster at scheduled Start Date/Time: 


1.       Go to Resume Bot from the Job Boards tab.

2.       Click on the Schedule button.

3.       Provide the Keywords (String), Location, Job Title or Most Recent Employer.



Examples for String Keywords:

  • JavaScript AND HTML AND CSS AND JQuery AND spring AND Angular AND RESTful

  • (sales OR "business development" OR "business developer") AND ("business intelligence” OR BI) AND analytics AND rfp AND rfq AND rfi

  • sap AND plm AND pdm AND ecm AND (ecr  OR eco)


4.     Select “Monster” from the Job boards.

5.     Now enter Schedule Name and select the “Start Date/Time” and “Schedule Frequency”.

6.     Set the limit and Click on Schedule.

7.     The Vultus Resume Bot will search for the resumes from Monster based on the search criteria.

8.     To view the resumes, click on Count Link in the Parsed count column in the Grid.



How to perform various actions on the Parsed Candidates from Monster?

  1. Click on Count Link in the Parsed count column in the Resume Bot Grid.

  2. Select any record in the parsed count slider.

  3. Click on actions.

  4. Select “Submit Candidate” to submit a candidate to any opening.

  5. Select “Show in Hotlist” to make the candidate as a Hotlist Candidate.






Resume Bot from Dice:


How to schedule the Resumes from Dice?


To schedule Resumes from Dice at scheduled Start Date/Time: 


1.       Go to Resume Bot from the Job Boards tab.

2.       Click on the Schedule button.



3.       Provide the Keywords (String), Location, Job Title or Work permit.


Examples for String Keywords:

  • JavaScript AND HTML AND CSS AND JQuery AND spring AND Angular AND RESTful

  • (sales OR "business development" OR "business developer") AND ("business intelligence” OR BI) AND analytics AND rfp AND rfq AND rfi

  • sap AND plm AND pdm AND ecm AND (ecr  OR eco)

 

4.     Select “Dice” from the Job boards.

5.     Now enter Schedule Name and select the “Start Date/Time” and “Schedule Frequency”.

6.     Set the limit and Click on Schedule.

7.     Select Dice Default filters and click on save.



8.     The Vultus Resume Bot will search for the resumes from Dice based on the search criteria.

9.     To view the resumes, click on Count Link in the Parsed count column in the Grid.





How to perform various actions on the Parsed Candidates from Dice?


  1. Click on Count Link in the Parsed count column in the Resume Bot Grid.

  2. Select any record in the parsed count slider.

  3. Click on actions.

  4. Select “Submit Candidate” to submit a candidate to any opening.

  5. Select “Show in Hotlist” to make the candidate as Hotlist Candidate.


Note: If the updated resume checkbox is checked, Resume Bot will search for new candidates in job boards and the existing candidate information will get updated if the same is updated on the job boards. Inventories will be lost if candidate data is updated directly in Vultus.
