Create an    opening

Account    Manager creates a new opening based on gathered details and assigns it to the    Primary Recruiter.

Search &    Source the matched candidates

Recruiters    searches &

Sources candidates by conducting an Advanced Search in the Candidates DB.

Candidates sourced outside the system can easily be added to the candidates DB as well.

“Create New”    or “Parse Resume” functionality in Candidates Tab.

Manage    Candidates

Recruiters can then view and manage candidates.  Call the candidates.

Submit    Candidates

Submit the eligible candidates to an opening and email the Account Manager with opening    & candidate details.

Once    submissions are done, email can be sent to respective Account Manager. 

Review    Candidate Profile & forward it to the client 

Account    Manager reviews the Candidate profile & either accepts or rejects the submitted candidates.

Email the respective client with opening & candidate details.

“Accept    Candidates” and “Reject Candidates” options in Pipeline Tab.

Once submitted candidates are accepted, email can be sent to the respective client.

Screen and    interview

Account    Managers can work with clients in progressing the best candidates through the appropriate selection steps.

Based on client response to the candidate status, Change the Funnel Statuses accordingly. Create Call & Interview records for every call/interview held for the candidate. And easily track them.

Place the    Candidate

Managers can easily move candidates to the placed status.

Click on    “Placement” Icon for the candidate in Funnel Tab and create a new placement. 

Fill &    Report

 

 

Finally,    Account Managers, Recruiters can use the Reporting tool to get a report on filled openings and other important metrics.
