Bulk Mailing:
The Mail Tab serves the Bulk Mail feature, where one can send mass emails to contacts with respect to their business requirements. You can use Bulk Mail to reach a large number of contacts by sending emails in bulk. Users can create bulk contact groups and send bulk emails on Current Opening list and Hotlist.
Bulk Contact groups:
Create different Contact groups with the email IDs. A user can edit, delete and Add contact to an existing group. Groups can be created with access as Public or Private. Duplicate email IDs are automatically removed from the list while adding contacts to the list.
Once the contact group is created, a user can send the Bulk Mail to the respective contact group.
Send Hotlist:
A template is displayed with the list of all active Hotlist Candidates with their details. By clicking on "To" link, User can select relevant contact groups and send the Bulk Mail to the contacts.
Send Bulk Mail:
A user can send bulk email of any format/template through this screen. By clicking on "To" link, User can select relevant contact groups and send the Bulk Mail to the contacts.
Bulk mail Restriction
Company wise bulk mails:
Steps to follow to set bulk mail limit for company wise:
1) Select one company and edit the company.
2) Now click on Add icon in bulk mails, Add bulk mail limit for the company.
3) Click on the edit icon for an increase or decrease the bulk mail limit.
User wise bulk mail limit:
1) Click on settings and click on user bulk mail tab.
2) Select one user and click on add icon for add the bulk mail limit.
3) Click on the edit icon for the increase or decrease the bulk mail limit.
We can see all Bulk mail metrics in Admin settings. Can see metrics like Bulk Mail limit allocated, used limit and Remaining limit user wise. You can also add new limits from Bulk Mail user limit screen and you can also Increase or Decrease the existing limit.
Bulk Mail Tracking:
Track the delivery status of the sent bulk emails from the Application. Get the details of the Total count of emails sent, Total Delivered and Total Failed.
Clicking on the Failed count displays all email IDs that are failed due to various reasons.
Also, automatically removes the hard bounce email ids from the email list. These will be shown under "unsubscribed" list with the reason.
