Job Board:


Currently, posting to Job boards is available for Indeed and Career Site. To get your jobs to be published to these sites, the company career site should be set up and these options should be enabled in Recruit Application.


Once, the option is enabled, users can publish the opening to the respective sites. This can be done through openings grid, new/edit openings screen.


Monster and Dice job  boards


We can access the monster and dice through  the recruit application


Steps:  


1) In settings job boards tab monster and cat keys are displayed. 

2) Add monster cat key and assigned to the users. 






Bulk mail Domain Restriction


We can restrict the particular domain by using Domain Restriction.


Steps:

1) In the settings preferences tab, we can see the bulk mail domain restriction accordion. 

2) Add one domain and click on add button. 



Publish an Opening:

  1. Select the opening in the grid
  2. Click on Publish Opening option in Actions drop down.
  3. Select appropriate Job boards and click on Save.


Note: For an opening to be posted to Indeed, should be published to your career site.


The opening will be posted to the respective Job Boards. Once a candidate submits resume through the Job board, the candidate record and respective submission will be created in the Recruit Application. Candidates submitted through different Job boards will be tracked based on their sources.


In addition, the candidate creation and submission will be displayed as Notifications/Alerts to the user in Recruit Application.




 

Career site  Questionnaire


You can add a Questionnaire when a  candidate applies for Job Opening from your Career Site.

You can create your own custom  Questionnaire templates in Admin Settings. These templates can be selected when you publish the Opening to the Career site. When a Candidate applies for any  Opening with Questionnaire and fills his/her answers, you can review those answers in Candidate Quick view. The Questionnaire feature can be enabled when  Questionnaire Config value is set to ‘Y’ in Admin Settings.


1) Click on settings and click on the Questionnaire tab.

2) Click on create a new button and add the template.

3) Now add the question for that template.
