Send Hot List : Vultus Inc.

This option is available in the Actions drop down of the Hotlist grid. Hotlist Candidate details can be sent via email through "Send Hotlist" option.

Steps to follow to Send Hotlist:

1. S1. Select a Candidate or multiple candidates.

a. When selected multiple candidates, selected candidates details are displayed in the email)

1. P2. Pop up is displayed "Include/Exclude Resume". Select an option. (Including resume, would attach the candidate resume to the email).

1. E3. Email composer is loaded with template of candidate details as Body Content.
