Adding/removing/Viewing an attachment for a Candidate:
All attachments related to the opening can be viewed in the Attachments section of the opening.
To add an attachment:
Steps:
1. Select a candidate.
2. In Actions drop-down, select “Attachment”
3. Attachments screen is displayed.
4. Under the Attachments tab, click Browse to select a file.
5. Click Attach button
The attached file will be displayed in the Attachments grid. These files will also be displayed in the Attachments Tab of the View Candidate screen.
Removing an Attachment:
Steps:
1. Select a candidate.
2. In Actions drop-down, select “Attachment”
3. Attachments screen is displayed.
4. Under the Attachments grid.
5. Click on delete button for corresponding Attachment.
6. Click OK in the confirmation pop up.
The selected file will be deleted from the Attachment grid.
Viewing Attachments:
Steps:
1. Select a candidate.
2. In Actions drop-down, select “Attachment”
3. Attachments screen is displayed.
4. Under the Attachments tab, Click on the File Name.
5. The attached file will be opened in the Document Viewer.
Attached files can also be viewed from the Attachment sections of the View Candidate Screen.
