Hotlist tab allows users to manage their full-time consultants, part-time consultants, and independent contractors those who are working for their company. Also, subcontractors from vendor companies who are currently working in your organization and at your client site are listed here.
Hotlist displayed only when appropriate role permissions are granted in the Admin Settings.
Candidate can be made Hotlist by selecting “Show in Hotlist” option in the New/Edit Candidate screen. Upon saving the candidate record, the candidate will be displayed in the Hotlist Candidates Grid.
